What classifies it as “semi-custom” is the level of specialized finishing touches and higher end construction above the already top-tier Browning X-Bolt family of hunting rifles. Along with the desirable features of the traditional X-Bolt Rifles, the X-Bolt Pro features a true carbon fiber stock filled with noise-dampening foam, making it extremely lightweight and rigid. Additional upgrades include the fluted sporter contour barrel which is capped with a Sporter Recoil Hawg that tames felt recoil up to 76%, allowing for more comfortable shooting. While a thread protector is also included, this limited production model also has a durable non-reflective matte blued finish.
