1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock and shipping date.
  • Custom orders or specialty products may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays.
  • Orders placed during peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) may experience longer delivery times.
  • We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.
  • We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $500 (before taxes and discounts).
  • Expedited and overnight shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your selected option.
  • Some larger or heavier items may have additional shipping fees.

4. Gun Shipping Charges

Shipping firearms requires additional handling and compliance with federal regulations. Below are our shipping charges for guns and related products:

Large P.O. Box Order – Remote Locations – For orders over 10 lbs. delivered to a P.O. Box in remote areas.$34.99

Black Powder Handling Fee – Additional charge for orders containing black powder (not smokeless powder). Carrier HazMat fee applies separately.$12.49

6. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package through the carrier’s website or via your Reloading Supplies HQ account.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact our customer support team.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

At Reloading Supplies HQ, we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, once the package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • If the package is still missing, you must file a claim with the carrier. We will assist you as much as possible, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Shipments:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to help us process a claim.
  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

8. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
  • To update an address or modify an order, please email contact@reloadingsupplieshq.com

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
  • If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return policy.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

10. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season, order processing and shipping may take longer. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
