1. General Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a return.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned due to legal restrictions, safety concerns, or manufacturer policies. These include:
🚫 Ammunition & Primers – Due to safety regulations, we do not accept returns on ammunition or primers.
🚫 Reloading Powders & Black Powder – These are classified as hazardous materials and cannot be returned.
🚫 Firearms – Once transferred to the buyer, firearms are non-returnable. Contact the manufacturer for warranty issues.
🚫 Customized or Special Orders – Products that are custom-made or ordered specifically for you cannot be returned.
🚫 Final Sale & Clearance Items – Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To return an eligible item, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us:
- Email contact@reloadingsupplieshq.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number:
- Our team will review your request and provide an RA Number with return instructions.
- Returns without an RA Number will not be accepted.
3️⃣ Package the Item Securely:
- Use the original packaging if possible. Ensure the product is protected during transit.
4️⃣ Ship the Item Back:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.
5️⃣ Inspection & Refund Processing:
- Once received, we will inspect the item and process the refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Exchanges
- If you received the wrong item or need a different size/type, contact us for an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
- Shipping costs for exchanges may apply unless the error was on our end.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
📸 Take Photos – Include pictures of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
📩 Contact Us – Send photos and details to contact@reloadingsupplieshq.com.
✅ Resolution Options – We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference.
6. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
📦 Customer-Paid Returns:
- If you’re returning an item for reasons other than damage or error, you’re responsible for the return shipping costs.
⚠️ Restocking Fee:
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain large or high-value items.
- Restocking fees do not apply to defective products or incorrect shipments.
7. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days after return approval for the refund to reflect in your account.
- If paid via credit/debit card, the refund may take additional processing time depending on your bank.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting customer service.
- If the order has already been shipped, it must go through the return process.
